Summary
Safety Netting Calls we are looking to recruit volunteers for an exciting project. Any Day Monday - Friday between 9.30 – 4:00 for a 2-4hr session.Detailed description
Volunteers will be telephoning patients who have recently been discharged from hospital to check on health and wellbeing
Volunteers will be using a script and will be supported by the Project Co-ordinator, volunteers will ask a number of questions to help support the patient and identify any issues which may require action.
