Momentum x Active Norfolk: The Power of Physical Activity

📆 Wed, 25 March 2026, 10:00-12:00 📌 Online Join Momentum and Active Norfolk for an informative workshop exploring how physical activity can positively impact young people Physical activity is a powerful tool for fostering resilience in children and young people. In educational settings, it offers more than just physical benefits, it helps students develop emotional strength and perseverance. Through structured sport, active play, and movement-based learning, young people experience challenge, teamwork, and personal growth. These moments teach them how to manage setbacks, regulate emotions, and build confidence – skills that are essential in both school life and beyond. By embedding physical activity into daily routines, educators and staff can create supportive environments that nurture resilient, well-rounded learners. Tickets available here
