Retail Volunteer Volunteer to help Sue Ryder to be there when it matters. We are looking for people who love Vintage & Retro and upcycling items to join our dedicated and creative team in Holt. We have a large specialist vintage and retro department, catering for fashion enthusiasts who are looking for that special, unique look at a competitive price. Our diverse stock also consists of a large menswear department, extensive bric-a-brac shelves and a frequently refreshed ladies section featuring only mid to high-end labels priced at a fraction of their recommended retail value. As a Retail Volunteer in our Holt Sue Ryder charity shop, you will be one of the store's friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds for our charity work. The Role - Retail Volunteer • Donations and Gift Aid - meet donors, receive donations, sign donors up to Gift Aid • Sorting, labelling, pricing of stock • Greeting and helping customers • Serving customers on the till (training provided) • Maintaining shop displays, re-stocking, • Light cleaning/tidying duties to keep the shop inviting and well presented About you As a Retail Volunteer you will: • Enjoy helping and engaging with customers • Enthusiastic and pro-active • Ability to work as part of a team • Reliable Please note - we do have a minimum age requirement in our shops of 18. We regret that we cannot proceed with your application if you are not yet 18.
