We are looking for caring volunteers in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney areas to support individuals with long term care responsibilities.Detailed description
We are looking for caring volunteers to support individuals with long term care responsibilities.
The role requires the volunteer to sit with the person requiring care while the career attends a support group.
The support groups will run for 6 weeks and take place on a Tuesday in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area and on a Wednesday afternoon in Ipswich.
Due to regular contact with patients and/or confidential information, this role requires a DBS check.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
