Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to help bring our vibrant sculpture trail to life!Detailed description
You’ll play a key role in making sure the trail is a hit with trailgoers, while supporting a fantastic cause!
As a Trail Ranger, you’ll be involved in a variety of fun and rewarding tasks:
- Help at the Safari Hub: Located at the Forum, this one-stop-shop is where visitors can grab maps, pick up merchandise, and find out anything they need to know about the trail. You’ll be assisting with customer service and making sure everyone has a fantastic safari experience!
- Steward the sculptures: Be on the front lines as you help care for and maintain the stunning sculptures throughout the streets. Keep them clean, tidy, and looking their best for visitors to enjoy!
- Pop-up stands & fundraising collections: Support GoGoSafari by helping out at our pop-up stands at venues across the city, and assist with bucket collections to raise funds for charity.
- Trail Prep & Installation: Get hands-on with the setup of the sculptures! You’ll help install the sculptures, attach plaques, and ensure everything’s in perfect shape for the trail’s opening. At the end of the trail, you can assist with deinstallation too and getting the sculptures glammed up ready for auction!
There’s no set commitment, and we can work around your availability! Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to dive in for the full experience, we’d love to have you on board. It’s a chance to be part of something exciting, meet new people, and help us make this year’s GoGo trail the best yet!
Come along and chat to the team about the various opportunities we have to offer and sign up to be a Trail Ranger for GoGoSafari this summer.
If you can't get along on the day then please sign up via the link on Break's website.
