Detailed description

As a Volunteer Trustee you will work together as part of a team to support Scouting in a local community. We have Scout Groups located across Norfolk depending on your location and available travel options.

Some of the types of skills we need applicants to have include:

Governance and Strategy

Finance, Accounting and Investment

Organisation, Administration and Time Management

Great Communication Skills and Emotional Intelligence

Management, Planning and Delivery

If you believe you have some of the skills we are looking for and wish to be considered, please do get in touch.

This role would involve a number of meetings throughout the year, and some tasks in between meetings which can be done at a time to suit you.

You don't need experience of Scouting to join as a Trustee as we are looking for a wide range of skills and experiences within our teams. As part of the role we ask volunteers to undertake a DBS check (paid for by us) and we offer some simple e-learning training to help set you up for success.

Take the first step and reach out today as we need you, find out more by getting in touch.
