Summary
Join The Hamlet Charity as a trustee and make a difference in 2024.Detailed description
Are you looking for a meaningful and rewarding challenge for the new year?
Could you put your knowledge and expertise to good use by positively impacting the lives of people with disabilities in Norfolk? An exciting opportunity has arisen for new trustees to join our board at The Hamlet Charity.
New trustees will join a lively, committed and supportive team of people who provide guidance and strategic direction to the Charity. Members of the board come from a range of professional backgrounds including some who have experience of disability. We welcome applications from all backgrounds but are particularly keen to hear from people with professional skills in or knowledge of law, property, HR, capital appeals, social care and local government, and/or those with personal experience of disability.
Volunteering as a trustee is great for your personal and professional development and previous experience is not required. Training will be provided, and we meet regularly throughout the year (in-person and online).
