Summary
Royal Voluntary Service mobilises volunteers in every corner of Britain to support people in need and the NHS.Detailed description
Our Norfolk Home Library Service delivers books and other media free of charge to people unable to access their home library due to poor health, mobility issues, or caring responsibilities.
Home Library Service volunteers deliver so much more than just books -- you’ll offer a friendly face and a chat that will brighten up someone’s day.
We're also looking for volunteers interested in becoming digital champions. Digital champions teach our homebound clients to download library books, use messaging apps, and other technology.
You will be based out of a library nearest your home and travel costs are reimbursed.

What we will provide to volunteers
💸 Reimbursement of costs🤝 Extra supportAbout Royal Voluntary Service
Royal Voluntary Service mobilises volunteers in every corner of Britain to support people in need and the NHS.
Our volunteers work with healthcare teams and in communities providing practical help and emotional support when people are struggling to cope.
We also assist on the NHS frontline, and right now our volunteers are once again rising to the challenge to support the NHS to deliver the booster jabs to the people of Britain as soon as possible.
Our volunteers provide a lifeline to those who need us in communities and the NHS.
