Repair Café Norwich runs monthly events where our volunteer fixers gather to fix all kinds of things for the people of Norwich.
We're looking for someone enthusiastic about social media looking for experience in a Social Media Manager type role. We currently use Facebook and Instagram, but would be happy for you to explore other channels too. We have templates and graphics but again would be more than happy if you also wanted to make your mark on the tone and style of our social media presence.
The role would also require you to make small updates to our Wordpress site about once a month.
The work can be done from home at times that suit you, but we'd also like you to attend some of our monthly events for a few hours to make videos/reels/shorts etc. and photos. These are always on a Saturday and we may be able help you with lifts etc. if needed. There'll be free cake for you there!
You'd be able to get to know the workings of the CIC, get some amazing examples for a portfolio and help get the word out about of fantastic enterprise that is keeping hundreds of things out of landfill!
If you're already in the Social Media Management space and have time for some volunteering too, we'd also love to hear from you.
