Summary
We are looking for volunteers to run a craft group at Taverham Library on either a Monday or a Thursday from 11am-1pmDetailed description
Main duties include:
- Helping to set up an activity and clear away when the session is finished
- Helping make sure that all who are attending can take part – this may involve making sure everyone has the resources they need if it is a craft session
- Helping to demonstrate how to do a craft or activity
- Promoting future activities that might be of interest to attendees
Key behaviours and skills:
- Should enjoy helping others take part in an activity
- Able to communicate with a wide range of people
- Flexible and helpful approach to activities
- An interest in learning new skills as part of the volunteering role
