Summary

We are looking for volunteers to help support our craft group for adults which runs from 2.30pm once a month.

Detailed description

Main duties include:


  • Helping to set up an activity and clear away when the session is finished
  • Helping make sure that all who are attending can take part – this may involve making sure everyone has the resources they need if it is a craft session
  • Helping to demonstrate how to do a craft or activity
  • Promoting future activities that might be of interest to attendees

  • Should enjoy helping others take part in an activity
  • Able to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Flexible and helpful approach to activities
  • An interest in learning new skills as part of the volunteering role
