Summary
Volunteer with IntoUniversity Great Yarmouth and support local young people with their academic work, soft skills and aspirations.Detailed description
Volunteers are an integral part of our Centres. Volunteers act as role models, supporting academic progress and providing inspiration and encouragement to young people for whom university education is not necessarily a common expectation.
Academic Support is one of our programmes that runs Monday to Thursday, 3:30 - 5:30pm. If you would like to work in Education, or have worked with young people before and would like to get involved in your local community this position may be perfect for you.
Volunteers are invited to indicate a preference for supporting a particular age group. Our sessions are separated into primary (age 7-10) and secondary (age 11+).
Please contact our Centre for more details or apply on our website!
