Summary
This role is focused on ensuring that the signposting information held by the food bank is relevant, comprehensive and up to date.Detailed description
This role makes a valuable contribution to ensuring that people coming to a food bank feel cared for and supported.fer a listening ear and, when appropriate, signpost people for further support and help.
Key tasks
• Ensuring the signposting information and the platform ‘STEP’ is up to date.
• Restocking the supply of leaflets (may include photocopying and printing)
• Highlighting any changes or updates to food bank volunteers
• Identifying additional, relevant local services
• Attend and facilitate Signposting training.

*Highly organised and self-motivated
*Good interpersonal skills
*Great Local Knowledge
*Able to use initiative.
*Confident IT user
