Summary

Can you think outside the box? Steeped in history and abundant in wildlife, we want to create activity to encourage people to enjoy these amazing places

Detailed description

What are we looking for?

·        Highly motived energetic people with a sense of adventure.

·        Imagination to bring new ideas to the table.

·        Event experience useful but not essential.

·        Your skills whether you are an artist or an electrician, a musician or an administrator, it takes many talents to create events and we can use yours.

·        A good understanding of commitment.

Our sites have many challenges of their own, and we have to be creative and mindful of the environment when creating opportunities for people to visit our sites. We are interested to hear from anyone who would like to support our work. You might want to be involved on an ongoing basis, and help with educational visits, promoting NAT at local events, supporting our own events, and bringing your own ideas to the table or you might want to support us on a one off basis by sharing your talent to create an event at one of our sites.

What’s in it for you?

·        Experience to add to your portfolio or CV

·        Lots of fun and cake

·        An opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.

·        A sense of purpose and achievement.

We are looking to raise the profile of our organisation, generate income to facilitate sustainability, and create opportunity for more people to enjoy the outdoors at our sites. If you can think outside the box, are up for the challenge and want to enhance your skill set, please contact us to start the adventure.

About Norfolk Archaeological Trust

NAT is a local conservation charity which aims to protect Norfolk’s significant archaeological or historic sites at risk. We take monuments into our care, repair them, provide interpretation, and open them for everyone to enjoy.

We actively engage with local communities so that they can be involved in the future conservation of the sites that they treasure.
