We’re a disability centric charity looking for an Events Organiser ! Could it be you ?
We're looking for someone to head up our events team. The ideal candidate to join us would be organised, able to confidently work independently, looking for a long term commitment and interested in learning about and tackling issues of disability access. No experience in events organisation is necessary, but someone with IT would be skills preferred.
You’ll be coordinating with others in looking for opportunities suitable for our charity to attend, feeding those back to our team, then booking and setting up and attending events.
Our charity supports and advises disabled people in and around Norwich, and is run and managed by people with disabilities, so you should be aware there will be times where you may be expected to assist team members.
It’s desirable if you have your own transport but not essential. Expenses will be covered and we’ll support you at every step.
