Accurately interpret and translate conversations and/or documents to assist clients while providing our service.

The Volunteer should:  

·       Have a passion to make a difference and to bring the community together 

·       Want to improve the lives of those people who feel lonely and/or isolated 

·       Help make the client feel comfortable

·       Understand that the little things can make a huge difference 

·       Be willing to undertake training to support the role, and to comply with its policies 

·       Be aware that they may need to have a DBS check 

·       To be mindful that you are representing the scheme and behave in such a way that promotes the scheme and does not bring it into disrepute
